AAII Michigan Chapter, a Nasrul Ilm Institute, works to publish and disseminate information in order to learn and promote Islam as prescribed by the Qu’ran and Hadith. To aid in the moral and spiritual upliftment of humanity through freedom of worship, self-help cultural activity and expression, and general well-being. To evolve best healthcare practices, and support sustainable and equitable learning in educationally underserved environments.
For over 20 years, The African American Islamic Institute, Inc has operated as a 501c3 non-profit NGO in partnership with Nasrul Ilm to promote education and higher learning Nasrul IIm’s International Islamic Schools, in Africa and America. We have published a monthly newsletter, and edited and published letters, articles, brochures, and small books of Qu’ran and Hadith to provide Islamic scholarly information to Muslims, and have assisted in supplying donated medical and educational materials/supplies to underserved regions in Kaolack, Senegal, West Africa.
